Dear Friends and Colleagues,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am excited to announce that Recovery Café Longmont is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the next chapter of strategic growth and impact. Rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a place to belong, the Café has been and will continue to be a healing, relationship-centered community for individuals navigating substance and alcohol use disorder, mental health challenges, trauma, and other difficult life experiences.
The Café is poised for considerable growth. The organization recently purchased a larger facility in the heart of Longmont and has already secured $3M toward a $5.8M capital campaign goal. If you or someone you know is passionate about recovery, community, and dignity for all, and has the experience to lead a growing nonprofit, we invite you to apply or share this opportunity widely. Visit www.recoverycafelongmont.org/jobs/executive-director
In addition, with profound appreciation for Jen Jepsen’s leadership, the Board and Jen have agreed that an immediate search for an Interim Executive Director for a two to three month period will best serve our community and the Café. That search is well underway, and we’ll update you once that selection has been made. A celebration for Jen will be forthcoming early in the new year.
As always, should you have any questions, please reach out to me at boardchair@recoverycafelongmont.org.
With deep gratitude,
Claire Clurman
