What You’ll Do

Lead Major Gifts Strategy

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors
  • Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts

Drive Fundraising Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan across multiple revenue streams
  • Identify new opportunities for donor engagement and revenue expansion

Partner with Leadership & Board

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and board members on fundraising initiatives
  • Support board engagement in donor cultivation and solicitation

Build Systems & Structure

  • Experience working with nonprofits with $1M+ budgets
  • Proven ability to collaborate with board members and organizational leadership
  • Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies across multiple revenue streams

What Makes This Role Different

  • True Ownership — You will lead fundraising strategy, not just execute it
  • Mission Impact — Directly support life-changing work in addiction recovery
  • Leadership Access — Work closely with executive leadership and the board
  • Right-Sized Organization — Big enough to have impact, small enough to shape direction
  • Career Growth — Ideal next step into a Director-level leadership role

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive benefits package (details available upon request)
  • Opportunity for growth and increased leadership responsibility

Location
Boulder County, Colorado (candidates based in or near Boulder, Longmont, or surrounding areas strongly preferred)
