Led by our Bilingual Resource Navigator + Meditation Guide, José. Recovery is a challenging process that affects our bodies and minds; meditation can be used as a tool to help control emotions and increase mental clarity.
All levels are welcome — come strum, relax, and enjoy making music together. No pressure, just a warm space to share the sound and have fun.
